Procurement Services delivers procurement tools and policies to help University faculty and staff purchase goods and services while establishing strategic contracts, and fostering community relationships.
Procurement Services has licensed an electronic purchasing system,
buyND+, to help facilitate the buying process. buyND gives campus users quick, simple, and convenient access to negotiated contract pricing with strategic and preferred suppliers through electronic requisitioning, catalog management, order transmission, and receiving.Â

Before You Buy
Before initiating any purchase with buyND+, it's important to complete the necessary training and access requirements.
Training
buyND+ is accessible to all active Notre Dame employees, but to submit orders, users must complete buyND+ training.
buyND+ Workflow and Finance Data Access
After completing buyND+ training, you will need to reach out to your department’s Workflow Coordinator to have them complete the following two forms before you can gain access to the system:
- buyND Workflow Form (available with your Workflow Coordinator)
- Request for Finance Data Access Form
