UPS parcel users may have received an email from UPS (emailinfo@ups.com) on Monday, October 5, with the subject: Your UPS Shipping Discounts Will Expire Soon. The email states that shipping discounts between UPS and the University of Notre Dame are set to expire on 10/31/2026. A prompt is included to "Schedule a Consultation" or "Review your UPS rates".
Please know that Procurement Services is in dialogue with UPS regarding the University's parcel discount agreement. There is nothing for parcel users to do or respond to. We apologize for any confusion this unannounced email from UPS may have caused. We have requested that they stop sending these emails to account owners.
